Week 27

This week we focus on some high-quality fall training. This is our last week in the max strength phase before we transition into pre-season power and velocity. This week we recommend a bread and butter working; 6 min L4 interval. Plus we recommend some speed endurance training and controlled L3 intervals across all plans.
