This week will offer a little bit of recovery while still prioritizing some high speed workouts. In general, we will spend the next 4 weeks focusing on higher intensity interval sessions (L4, TT's, with a little bit of L3) before our focus will shift back to threshold and volume in November.
This week we recommend increasing the repetitions in our 30 second interval sets, we start our max strength phase two, incorperate some overspeed, and with the signs of snow on the mountain tops; why not some grass skiing??
