Week 24

For the next 3 weeks we will continue to focus on building fitness through high quality interval sessions and moderate training volume. Making personal adjustments to ensure you feel good for the harder sessions is crucial for success this time of year. After three more weeks of higher intensity we will shift back to aerobic base training for the transition to winter. 

This week we incorporate two unique intervals sessions. One all uphill (see our new entry by Sarah Willis) and one natural interval session. 
































































- This time of year it can be common for athletes to ramp up their easy distance pace. Try to keep the pure distance days L1 to ensure you feel ready to go for interval days.
