Week 26

This week we use testing as a way to measure fitness, strength, and get in quality intensity. Earlier in the summer we recommended a double-pole test, running test, and strength test and now is the time to measure our improvement! Testing weeks are great for building confidence when things go well and also identifying areas for improvement.

With just a simple speed session and strength testing early in the week athletes should feel ready to rip for DP test day and running on the weekend. 






























































NOTES: 

- We replace one strength session this week with the strength test. Next week will be our final week of the max strength phase

- If you are an athlete that can not run, use the uphill run testing day as a rollerski time trial opportunity.
