This week incorporates some of our most 'ski specific' workouts yet. We recommend at least 4 rollerski workouts including speed and a double-pole distance specific strength session. All plans include a 5k pacing workout designed to help all skiers dial in their efficiency and distance racing paces before the ski season arrives.
