Week 28

November is here and the season is right around the corner! This month we will transition into more volume and threshold training than we had in October. We start things off with a Medium week prioritizing power and two quality interval sessions before building more volume and aerobic distance training in the next two weeks. 
This week we start a new power strength routine that will take us through the month of November. For those who are not familiar with L4B intervals they are simply controlled L4 (longer duration L4 intervals) .
