Our general training plans continue to move in different directions this week. On the masters side we continue with a pre-Birkie taper while incorporating some good sharpening interval sessions and speed. Note that on the masters plan we have pushed the off day to Tuesday in preparation for the Birkie next week.
On the Junior and Elite side we plan more of a rebuilding volume week (one of the last of the season) to elicit a small fitness boost before tapering off for the remainder of the season.
