Week 47

This week the master and junior plans focus on racing at World Masters and Junior Nationals. If you are a member and are not racing this week we recommend using the elite plan as a guide. The elite plan enters a sharpening tapering plan which will help peak fitness for the remainder of the race season. Check out our new sharpening session 10 x 1km at 10km pace! This time of year is all about quality sessions to peak our fitness and refine our race technique. Check out our new Pal Golberg speed session and spend some time during an easy distance skate session to work on leg retrieval.
