Week 50

April is a time of year when training should be fun. Some of us are still skiing on snow while others have fully transitioned to cross-training. No matter what your training priorities are for the year, an important aspect of spring training includes time to relax while also enjoying the outdoors and maintaining residual fitness. If you are fully transitioning to dryland training, remember to use caution and implement strengthening and injury prevention exercises. This week we recommend some running drills to help athletes prepare their legs for the demands of spring.
