Week 53

This is the final week of our recovery phase before we begin a new training year on May 1st. Use this week to build in any extra recovery as needed. Preparing our bodies to absorb a new training season continues to be the priority. Check out our tips for A skip and B skip and incorporate some running mechanics during a distance session this week. We also recommend a power building cycling session to help build some efficiency in our cross training modalities and hit some light intensity for the week.
