Week 1

Welcome to a new training year with NTS! We are excited to welcome new and returning members and we're happy to have you part of the team!

We are in the process of updating the NTS online platform and have some modifications to our online interface coming soon. In the meantime, training plans can be accessed through our NTS google sheets or from Training Peaks. Week one is all about getting back into a training groove. Our goal is to have a consistent training frequency while still incorporating recovery to ensure we absorb the new training load. Check out our new general strength plans, but remember to start light this week while learning the new routine.
