Week 12

As we kick off this next cycle of training we continue to focus on building volume in the form of easy distance training and logging quality L3 interval sessions. Our theme this week is balance. Don't wait until the winter to improve your balance on skis! Check out Balance 101 for a look inside the neuromuscular demands of balance and ways to improve your stability on foot. Increasing general athleticism is one of the best ways to improve balance and comfort on skis, we recommend some athletic acceleration practice in the junior plan, however this workout is great for everyone. We post a new video on arm swing cornering and discuss new ways for skiers to carry speed through corners.
