week 13

This week we add in some mid-summer intensity in the form of a rollerski TT and a power building spenst session. If you do not have suitable terrain for a time trial this session can be substituted with some L4 intervals. Remember on intensity weeks to keep the easy distance skiing very easy. We start a new power-based strength plan, check out Lifting Technique Tips for helpful ways to improve your power clean, deadlift, and squat.
