Week 15

After last week's volume focus we will shift gears this week and reduce training volume to prioritize feeling good and absorbing training. With just one L3 interval session this week we can prioritize easy distance sessions for working on technique and coordination. Check out our new V2 Alternate Timing and Overspeed video.
